Kris, Have you frozen these before? Thinking since they are made in muffin tins.. they sorta sound like the frozen purees we used to make. Just wondering if they are good frozen and reheated in the microwave. We are trying out the veggie shephard's pie tonight (except I couldn't find the soy crumbles so had to use ground turkey). Thanks for sharing your recipes!

When formed into "meatballs" or mini muffins they freeze great - I just grab a bunch and thaw them for the week...and then nuke them for like :10
