*Wash and trim a pint of berries
*Puree
*Add Honey and lemon juice to taste
*Spread evenly on baking sheet lines with greased parchment paper
*Bake (6-14 hours!) at LOWEST oven setting until leather is dry and only slightly sticky
*Slice into strips and eat, or store in airtight container for up to a month!
