2TB butter 1 garlic tab, 1.5 c broth Mirepoix Sautee butter with garlic tab Add 1.5c water + 1.5c broth + 1 bucket Mirepox. Cook covered :10 to soften veggies. Add 1x16oz bag orzo, cook uncovered :15, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat, add in 1/2 bag Quattro Formaggio cheese. Garnish with green onion and/or rosemary if desired. Attachments:
