1 bag macaroni (or similar) 2 cans corn 2 cup heavy cream 2TBL Diced onions or 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 bag Mexi Cheese (Cheddar/Mozzarella mix) 1 jar pumpkin butter 8 strips cooked/crumbled bacon* optional 1TBL Pinch ground nutmeg Salt and ground black pepper
Directions Boil Macaroni per box (slightly less) In a saucepan, simmer corn, cream and onions Season the sauce with a little nutmeg, salt, pepper Stir in pumpkin butter (and bacon if added) Drain pasta - add all pasta to mix, stir Transfer to baking pan Bake at 350 for :20
